The Biggest Day of My Life

Today is the biggest day of my life. I have been doing house hunting for the past month and a half. I finally set my eyes on this nice little town house in the city of Arcadia. The seller was a retired White couple. They were home when I went with my agent to look at the house and we talked for almost an hour. I was very much amazed at how well they have been keeping this property up for the 18 years they have lived there. The unit was built in 1977 but it looks much nicer and well maintained than the ones I have seen that were built in the 1980s. It has two stories, just like most town houses, has two master suites with a separate bathroom in each. It has an attached two-car garage, a patio on the lower level, and a balcony on the upper level. Living room is located on the upper level, with high ceiling and a fireplace. Everything went by like snapping my fingers. I SIGNED MY LIFE AWAY][final walkthrough][closing escrow] ... ... all these were done in less than a month!! and I will be moving in next week!!
